Help: Passages of quirky and inconsistent translation

Hey everyone,

I remember a place, where someone pointed out where the English translation of Terranigma was inconsistent or somewhat quirky.

For a secret project (muahaha ) I would like to know and correct some of this parts.

Does someone remember that site?
Or mabye we can collect some of them right here in this topic

I've been replaying off and on, and the biggest thing I can think of is when you first unlock Sanctuar and you talk to the gulls. If you tell them NO that you do not want to fly anywhere, they say something like "Dam! It pains me that I can't help you, Ark!" or something like that.

...and of course, the infamous "You have aroused me from my slumber" line.

Any other? I had the impression that the english transation was terrible, but it seems it had only a few minor problems, no?

Grammar issues, maybe. While I replay, I'll see if I can find any other weird or quirky (heh) translation issues.

I was going to do a Let's Play of it at some point, so maybe when I do I can find a bigger chunk of weird then.

Are you planning to do a 100% playthrough? If yes, would you mind recording your playthrough as an emulator movie file (Zsnes *.zmv or Snes9x *.howeveritiscalled) and uploading it?

I don't know any Terranigma 100% playthroughs that mind taking their time for the viewers to read the dialogues and stuff.

Likely 100%, though I generally have issues with Bloody Mary so I'll have to use some Magirocks for the lightning rings. If anything, it'd be a hybrid LP (screenshot/video) posted somewhere - unsure if I'd post it to SA or anything, but I'd have things transcribed out as I go along.
