In honor of the slew of meat puns over in General, this week's poll is on which meat you find to be the most superior option of all. For me it is honestly too tough to say for certain because I love all meat, but if I was pressed I'd say the meat the it would be hardest for me to give up altogether would actually be chicken. A world without KFC would be bleak indeed.

Other: I like deer the most. wild boar, doe, pheasant and rabbit especially.

Pig meats for me, definitely.

Pork, bacon, ham...mmm, especially the bacon. Pigs makes up like 40% of all the meat eaten in my house, and there's meat in every meal. It's no wonder my BMI is like 35. xD

Our meats of choice are kinda like this:
Pig (all meats/cuts) - 40%
Lamb - 30%
Chicken - 15%
Fish (mostly Pollock afaik?) - 10%
Beef - 5%

Turkey in the US isn't too big of a deal except for Thanksgiving tbh; I mean people will eat it as deli meat but cooking a bird isn't done much except for our last November Thursday meal.

As for me, red meat. Give me a rare steak and I will be the happiest camper.

Well. (Grand)parents cooking choice #1 is a tie held by chicken and pork, but I'm a big beef fan.
I almost never use pork in my cooking, chicken and beef are the way to go, due to their high protein.

Lamp, deer, rabbit, goose & duck are for special occasions only. Sadly ^^
