Here in the good 'ol Netherlands we have 2 'kid' channels, we have the Nickelodeon channel and Jetix (which is a raped name for Fox Kids).

I usually just turn the damn TV off because...well everything bites

Well, we can get Cartoon Network with a special subscriber pack, which is about 14 USD a month...
Then you also get extra channels like Discovery Health and stuff... but still. Way to much cash.

Instead of the "mind blowing OMG ITZ TEH BEST SHOW EVAR!!!" as the otaku's would scream, I think it'll turn into just a regular mecha show. It will most likely show on Adult Swim, since a couple episodes are either really gory, or sexual (you don't see anything major, but it's obvious) and since it's part of the story, they can't really cut it out (Shinji "watches" all voyeuristical Misato and her boyfriend whose name I can't remember as they... partake in... carnal desires, and Shinji's Eva goes all crazy and eats one of the angels for dinner.)

he killed his best friend, put his other friend in the hosipital (killed in the manga version) and found out Rei is technically his mother. He could only talk to Asuka because he didn't like confrontation and Asuka was in no state to confront nobody

Edit: but, yes...I would of been better off not seeing that at all
