I know there's been talk of speedrunning SoulBlazer lately, but what about Illusion of Gaia? It's a fairly short game and it's linear.
Is there a current record? I'm sure you could do it in one sitting if you tried hard enough. |

There are a few out there, but none at speeddemosarchive.com (the most well-known place).
There's one here, coming in at a bit over 2 hours. Lots of little tricks and such are used.
Completing the game in one sitting wouldn't be too difficult, it's not a long game; but I definitely wouldn't come anywhere close to 2 hours if I tried. _________________

2 hours!?!?!?!?! That's insane. I know it's not a long game but beating any RPG in that amount of time is crazy. |

Keep in mind that this particular speedrun has been made using savestates, frame advance and other tool-assisted methods. Still damn impressive and fun to watch! |
