Stupid Siteground

I'm pretty pissed off at my website host, siteground.com.

I set up a .com site using their service, and their web-based e-mail that they provide for my own domain is hard-coded in the wrong time-zone without an option to modify it.

So they told me to set up an e-mail client. I follow their instructions word for word and they blantly fail.

I started talking with their customer service agents, and all they do is send me on a wild goose chase, providing things to "try" without providing any reason... and of course they haven't worked yet.

I think the reason why everything is failing is because they use SMTP protocol on outgoing messages from e-mail clients, which many ISPs block. Of course, this is nowhere mentioned in their instructions.

So in short, don't believe anyone who advertises anything as being easy, especially with technology because there are always problems waiting for you. Despite my 5TB of bandwith and 500GB of space, which I hardly use, I don't even have my e-mail working yet, and I've been signed up with these guys for over a month.
