I was wondering what everyone was into, like their tastes in music. I'm more of a song man myself, I like one song by this band or by that band, but some of my favorite bands include Bush, Goo Goo Dolls, Nirvana, POD and so on.
What's everyone into, and, what is the most recent song you can't get enough of?
For me it's Augustana - Boston. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. I'm in love with Heavy Metal, since 4-5 years now...Metal, for me, is not only a style of music, its also an aditude, I'm going on "pilgrimages" during the summer to certain festivals, and yeah...
Beside Metal, I like Movie scores (Ennio Morricone is coming to Vienna on Dec. 12th!! ), cover songs, 3 or 4 Kiddy-Techno songs, some Classical Music, 60s & 80 music (oldies, if you wanna sum it up). Stuff like that.
Beside that, I have an open ear for everything, as long as I like it, its ok, I dont follow the usual metal clichee "you're not allowed to listen to this" and so on...
AND beside that, I'm very dedicated to music in general. I love it, and I couldnt live without it. If I'd have to choose between "never sex again" or "becoming deaf", I'd pic "never sex again". |

I myself go for progressive rock, metal, and almost anything of the 80s era. Almost anything mind you. Lately, I've been listening to plenty of Van Halen and Pantera, but mostly I've been listening to the radio. A station that plays nothing but major 80s hits.
And the one song I just can't get enough of is Pat Benatar's Invincible. The theme song from The Legend of Billie Jean. _________________ "That which invokes my rage and great, furious anger shall turn to a raging nuclear sea of fire!" |

Music is AWESOME. The only genre's I can't stand no matter what are rap and country. Other than that, pretty much everything else is free game. Classical, metal, rock, alternative, name it and I'll probably really like it. Of course, I don't have one favourite song, I have many. Though, a few songs I've been somewhat obsessed with are...
Ain't Your Fairytale - Sonata Arctica
Idioteque - Radiohead
Once Upon a December - Anastasia soundtrack
Street Spirit [Fade Out] - Radiohead
The Fragile - Nine Inch Nails
If that doesn't tell you that my music style changes... XD
And of course, I'm a video game soundtrack nerd. I collect em. _________________

i dunno no "bands" (thank god Oo) cause this isnt my taste of music... but if you take any techno song, play it with double or tripple speed, you basically get the idea of schranz... sadly, the "schranz-scene" gets bigger and bigger in austria and this means there are more (pseudo-)bullies running around searching for reasons to hit other people
anway, hardstyle is quite the same, i guess, i dunno exactly to be honest, but a friend of mine, who really is into this music () can surly explain it...
maybe i could upload an example of real schranz sometimes i get my hands onto it _________________
