It's a rare and out of print Japanese Illusion Of Gaia Guidebook. I already have the Gaia Gensouki Perfect Guide (also in Japanese), so this is a wonderful addition to my collection. :)

I haven't been able to find it anywhere [including Yahoo Japan Auctions, Ebay, etc.] Which makes it super rare.

It cost around 3000yen (I think that's around $30 US, not including all the shipping/international fees, since I bought it on yahoo japan auctions, where most of my collection was bought, besides ebay.)
