I found on wikipedia that August 14 is the speculated relase date for U.S.

but who knows? I'm just glad that a date was guessed. I hate uncertainties.

too bad they couldn't realse all the cell phone games together on a disk or something because I'm not going to buy a cell phone for those... but i proubly will anyways...

I'm hoping they'll release them for all the companies that have cell phones... but they'll probably be for Verizon, since their mobile wallpaper that you can get from PlayOnline is only for Verizon users.

In the members only section of the official Shinra Electric Power Company website, character designer Tetsuya Nomura today revealed the release date of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. The CG movie sequel to Square Enix's best selling 1997 classic will be released in Japan on September 14th. The standard version will be available for 4,800 yen ($45.66 US). A limited edition is apparently planned for a simultaneous release, however its content and pricing have yet to be announced. It remains to be seen, whether the title's DVD or UMD version will be released simultaneously. Nomura also promised there would be no more delays on the movie which was originally supposed to go on sale in Japan last year. With the rendering apparently complete, the development team's current focus seems to be the audio component. Final editing will begin in July and promotions and production are scheduled to commence in August.

I honestly dont think they will mess this one up... i mean.. from the trailers and everything ive read, it looks awesome.. of coarse thats coming from someone who plays FF7 all the time.. and wants to make babies with it.

I'm gonna buy it when it comes out. We better get that limited edition one, I'd preorder that in a heartbeat. I've already got my limited edition FF:AC Vincent figure preordered at GameStop too.
