Quick question: What color are Ark's eyes? I'd like to start at least a (crappy) fanart, but found his eye color elusive. In the game, they said his eyes reflect crystal blue, but crystal blue itself fluctuated in color (probably every color of the rainbow). And what is his hair color? Golden blonde, orange, red, or a mix? The "official" sources - guidebook, game, manga, etc, differ in their presentation of both hair and eye color.
BTW, thanks for the answers. 4.6 billion seems like a good number - 100 million years from our time, with 4500 million behind us (if my math is right). And, I dunno, maybe those people (Will, Temjin, Eddy, Bell, so on) were all brought back simultaneously, as their souls all existed before (if their world is our earth)?

Eyes.... I don't think they ever really said. Can't really tell on an SNES, so you might have to use your imagination. Blue or green would look good in art with the dirty blond hair.

Raini is right about his eyes i think. In the official fanart his eyes dun really have a color. So i'd go with what is stated ingame

but his hair....

Ingame the police officer in Neotokyo says, "If your mother saw your blond locks she'd wheep" confirming that his hair is blonde.

But in the official fanart, his hair is sometimes red. I guess they couldnt make up there minds.

altough the blonde hair+blue eyes combo is most common i'd stick with that. But i guess even if you used a slightly redish hair color it would okay aswell.

The lil sprite is odd, I never knew he had weird shoulder pads until I saw the game artwork... those things have weird faces on them, whyyeeee?
