Bumping the thread myself, but I had someone ask me to cyber. This is why I hate idling on Yahoo sometimes. I get people who ask to cyber.

I've never understood how the cans of Raid around here in the states always say "Kills (inser insect name here) dead."

I would HOPE that it would kill them dead, but isn't that a double negative right there? Cuz "kill" and "dead" mean the same damn thing....

Kill and Dead are completely different, one is spelt K-I-L-L and the other is D-E-A-D, though I do see how you could confused them since they're both 4 letters long.
