I would like to buy a fantasy Turn-Based strategy game for my comp. What are your favorites?
There are the eastern styled games like FFTA and Phantom Brave and there are western styled games like Warlords and Heroes of might and magic.
I only own FFTA right now but I am thinking about fire emblem (for GBA).
I would prefer a western style. Which is best? _________________

Your comp? FFTA? You mean roms?
But anyway, my favorite strategy game is Shining Force III (All three scenarios, it's really one massive game), but you'll need a Saturn to play it. |

Fire Emblem is a great game. I own it myself
Though, I'm not too sure what you mean by the "eastern" and "western" thing. I'm still mostly asleep. Only got up cuz mom needed me up to watch the puppy. _________________

By eastern I mean Nippon Ichi style, by western I mean D&D style like warlords and heroes of might and magic.
There was a period I really wanted to get advanced wars. I will have to check it out again. _________________

I'm not sure if you might like Front Mission 4 (PS2) unless you love to bust the wanzers to burning metals.
No other PC games in my mind I able to bring up to you, Aoiga. Sorry.
By way, there's a SNES rom called Super Robot Wars Gaiden: Masoukishin The Lord of Elemental (english title for japanese game),
mixed with fantasy and sci-fi elements with anime mechas/characters. From other gaming forums, I heard english translation will be completed around fall or later in winter....or perhaps more time - long time. _________________
