Joan looks at her opponents, seizing them up. This is going to take more than just combat skill to win, diplomacy is the key factor as well as staying alive.

She takes her rune dagger in her left hand, gripping it like a dagger and epée in her right hand, she takes an offhand combat stance towards the enemy, with her dagger side facing them.

She makes her first moves by insta-casting a stream of tailwind on herself, increasing her agility and then performing a swift downwards spinning back slash, releasing a wind projectile towards Chicken. "Fuujinzan!"

so there he stands, in an arena with 3 other challengers, everybody wants the big price, but its not gonna be easy, and he knows it...

readying his bow, chicken takes a sharp look at his enemys, never letting anyone of them out of sight. anybody could be the first to attack, but it wouldnt be him, he wants to watch first, studying the actions of the others to hopefully find a weakpoint. he wasnt a great warrior, and with brute attack, he would't stand a chance against any of them, same with magic. he does not know much about the arts, just a few ways to increase his speed and agility...

he suddenly cut of his thoughts when he saw joan casting a spell on herself and instantly attacking him with a wind projectile. he cursed himself for being lost in thoughts for just a second, when he made a quick sideroll to dodge the projectile, as it cut off a bit of his shirt... it was a close one.

seeing the quickness of just one of them makes him shivering for a second, but he didnt came here to lose. he looked at joan, searching hastily for a weakpoint...

Joan sees an opening for an attack and wastes no time taking it. She quickly dashes forward at chicken with a knife thrust, eliminating the distance between them, and follows through with an uppercut crescent slash with her sword encased in wind energy, sending everything it catches into the air.

I hate doing story stuff...

Suddenly, Deathpit arrives in battlefield with help of ninja stealth and position his red eyes set on Axe Kazama. Without a warning, Deathpit used Target Lock to boosting the accuary ability to perfect 100% and get his six ninja daggers ready for sinister killing on Axe. He smiled his big sharp teeth.

"Axe never knew what's hitting him!!!"

surprised by joans speed, chicken is unable to avoid her following attack and gets hit by her second strike, sending him straight into the air.

beeing in midair, he uses his current position to further think about joans possible weakpoint. catching a view from above, he now sees joans upper side.

"it must be her eye..." he thinks, grabbing one of his arrows. aiming with precision, he releases the string of his bow, sending an arrow with incredible quickness directly toward joans non-mechanic eye.

Always quick to react, Joan phases behind Chicken with her dagger lashing out. She purposely missed Chicken, but caught the arrow with her dagger, deflecting it and sending it hurtling in Deathpit and Axe's general direction. She grinned in satisfaction, knowing that her next attack will most-likely surprise her chosen target.

recognizing joans force, chicken changes plans. as he touches the ground again, he rolls off joans direction, hoping that someone else will deal with her; someone who could stand a chance against her. while rolling he grabs 2 arrows to shoot them at deathpit and axe, trusting in his luck that at least one of them will hit its target properly.

Judges Ruling

Deathpit sustains no damage.
Axe Kazama sustains medium damage.

To Judges
Damage Color Coding

cure Color=Green
no damage. Color=Blue
light damage. Color=Yellow
medium damage. Color=Orange.
heavy damage, KO. Color=Red
If a player recieves
heavy damage the next attack that lands him will KO him. The only attack that guarantees heavy damage is a Summoned Monster.

Deathpit found himself in wet problem and wasted no time on defense move by switch to attack mode and rush to Joan. Quickly but sinister thinking, Deathpit use Toxic move, a powerful poison attack on Joan while Target Lock effect remain strong. After use attack, He try put the distance between the enemies and keep eyes on them.
