I got threatened to go to court by someone I know

There's this kid, and I know him. We got into a fight, even though he's the one who started the fight. I left a message on his phone, telling him to screw off, and to never talk to me again. He thinks about what I did was harassing him, even though I really didn't. Then he threatened me to take me to court for harassing him, well that's impossible for him to do as he's either 15 or 16. I'm 16, and I'm probably too young to go to court. Like I said before, I didn't really harass him, but he thinks I did.

Just have to watch out for the people who do that kind of shit to you, say ok, and ignore them.

No court in their right mind would listen to that drivel. In fact, they'd probably give him a fair sized slap on the wrist for wasting their time.

A single phone call telling him to piss off isn't harassment, which means he's full of shit, which means there's nothing to worry about from his empty threats.

Yeah, he thinks he can control me when he really can't, and he also said, "You should be getting your court papers anytime now." Well, he's wrong about what he said. I can tell that I'm too young to go to jail, and I know that I'm the one who's right, and he's nothing but pathetic.

I don't think you're too young to go to jail with 16...at least in Austria, after you turn 14, you get youth sentences, and as soon as you turn 18, they can sentence you adult-like.

Yeah, if I called the FBI on him, I would ask them to track down his house for all the shit that he was doing to me.

But if someone bothers you like that which makes you having to call the FBI, I don't know if they would do the stuff that I wanted them to, probably because it's not that big of an emergency.
