for some reason, 10 years since it came out here, im still a fan of it. the games, the cards (although i dont buy anymore, i still wont say no to a game). not so much the anime, but the games are kickass.

And on topic, never played the games.

The anime was cool back in the old days, though. Team Rocket were the real stars of the show, though James' penchant for crossdressing was a little disturbing. Seriously, every time they were in disguise, Jessie would dress as the man and James as the woman. And he made a more convincing woman than she did.

i always thought that team rocket ruins the show. well, the series was too unrealistic for somebody like me who only sees walking stats instead of talking friends in pokemon... the first movie was great though

i would not even playing the roms cause i there is no motivation cause, they add always new pokemon.

I used to be a huge Pokemaniac. I had the Red, Blue, Yellow, and Silver versions, collected the cards, bought the episodes, own a box of the toys, ascertained the soundtracks, dreamed of owning the Pikachu VW Beetle, ate the ice cream, and argued over which one was best. (Ninetails all the way!)

I actually recently played Pearl version and am working on getting season one on DVD.

can you tell me which pokemon is the strongest up to now? is it even possible to compare the new and old ones? i just wanted to know if my favorite pokemon mewtwo is still in the upper league^^

I think most diehard fans would say Arceus is the most powerful; it's supposed to be a God among Gods, having created some of the other most powerful ones.

It basically created the universe, as Pokemon go. You don't get much more powerful than that.

As far as stats go, Mewtwo and Arceus are the most powerful, but, quite frankly, I'd have to say Lucario is the most versitle. He's a Fighting/Steel type that can also learn Psychic and Ghost moves.

But, yeah, legendaries are legendaries, no matter what game you play. Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Latias, Latios, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquazaa, Jirachi, Deoxys, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Heatran, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Rotom, Cresselia, Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus.

Wait... maybe there are TOO MANY legendaries...?

well... there are 5-6 per generation. and generations are up to 4 now, so... yeah thats 20 something.

and im playing emerald at the moment, ill have the following

i would say dialga, palkia, mewtwo (highest special attack) and arceus are the strongest looking at the basic stats. arceus as a perfect allrounder, only his normal-type his weakness. but thats only 1/3, i don't know the new attacks they can learn.
