I saw this movie the other day, and I have to say it was much better than I expected. Slightly cliched, but still the storyline was much more than deep that the trailers evoked it to be. I'd recommend you see if it if you haven't seen a good movie for a while (we seem to be devoid of them since the dark knight graced our screens).
Did anyone else like it? And also I was wondering if anyone would recommend the books, I've almost got time to start reading again _________________

Well someone told me they surpass harry potter, so I'll have to see them to believe them i guess (twilight, new moon etc that is). As for wheel of time Ill look into that too, it does ring a bell. _________________

Whoever told you they surpass Harry Potter must've been on something. I've been recommended Twilight several times, but being as I try to avoid mainstream literature, have yet to read them.
As for Wheel of Time...
...good luck dude. Those books are massive. There's like eleven 800+ page books, with a final one being worked on now.
Oh, and did you know there's a Wheel of Time video game in the works? _________________

I'd recommend WoT, I've read through it a couple times. Yeah, last book is being worked on, not by Robert Jordan though since he died a little while back, but apparently left a lot of notes so somebody else could finish the series in the next book.
Also I owned that old WoT game, though I didn't know it was an FPS when I purchased it. Balefire maps were fun. _________________ It's high time I revised this signature. |

now ive seen the twilight movie, and started reading the books (halfway through the first book)
id recommend that as well, its a good read. although there is a fair amount of detail allocated to the emotional distresses of the lead character and her friends. it can get a bit old at times. _________________
