Derp, what I said made no sense. Anyway. When I clicked on my name it says it was discovered, so I'm not sure what you're seeing?

Resident Status is an earned prilvlidge, and not necessarily a right. Don't worry about it- stick around a while longer, get clobbered in Punch-Up (or beatings from the Squeaky Mallet of DOOM) and I'm sure you'll earn your Residency.
