Okay, so I know you have added a lot of Forums lately, but I think the one (and only) glaring omission is a Debate Forum. The original Punch-Up as it were.
I think most of the members of this board are responsible and respectful enough to observe the rules of etiquette and not resort to flaming and I think it will be (as enlightened debate always is) a great exercise of the mind for all the residents of TerraEarth, as well as a way to get to know each others viewpoints better.
Plus, this will prevent potential members from going into, say, General Discussion, seeing a debate and go "OMG they fight. I'm not joining this forum" (as Raini observed).
I would suggest a few ground rules obviously:
1. No spamming/ flaming or out-of-context/excessive cursing.
2. I reccomend avoiding religious debate, but obviously people are free to debate what they wish.
3. Personal attacks are grounds for post deletion by moderators. _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

i will silently remain in the shadows, observing how this is going to develop and jump forward, joining the debate, when nobody is going to expect me

i love a good debate. i often (well, once ive had a bit to drink) start debating with one of my friends about literally anything. ill argue the opposite side just for the sake of continuing the debate.
some funny consequences and examples have resulted _________________

Sounds good, but don't expect my involvement to be too high.

I think it sounds like a great idea as long as no one does anything out of line or annoying. I wouldn't think there would be any problem with the people on this forum though. _________________ Touch it and Die

I respect your opinion Flamez, but I feel that those who think that they cannot be mature in their manner of debate do not have to participate. I feel that certain people here have expressed an interest in it. It's not going to be like those idiots on Youtube that I had to deal with.
As I say I think we are respectful enough to be mature and frankly I imagine there will be a fair amount of tongue-in-cheek.
By the way, a suggestion for the name "The Argument Clinic". _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

What do you mean by that?
It's a Monty Python reference.
Oh, it is a group I started in Facebook, which was a debate group, but did I start one here? _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

I was talking about the two you did on Facebook.
I just think its kinda funny how badly you seem to want to use that joke.
(I'm a big Python fan, so yes, I caught the reference)
On the plus side, at least the people here seem more enthusiastic about the idea. So maybe third time's a charm? _________________
