Well, I've had alot of friends who fit into the 2nd category. (I do myself, to an extent) and they are a pain in the ass to deal with, because they never let go of anything. They refuse to just let it out.
I'd much rather deal with someone who got pissed and threw a few punches. At least you know that whatever it was that angered them is done and dealt with.
