Wow, I feel stupid.

Yeah, so a fire alarm went off in the hotel where I work. There was a short burst for like 10 seconds, a second a few minutes later for like 20, and then a final 15 second burst. This all happened within the same five minute span.

The reason I feel stupid is, no joke, I totally had no idea what to do. Because there was no fire in my area (and I did do a check) I thought it might be one of the guest rooms, but when the alarm went out I figured somebody just was smoking in a nonsmoking room and set off the fire alarm. But none of the guests called to complain and I didn't see any people out of their rooms.

I know, I r stupid. But I'm running on like 36 hours w/o any significant sleep so...
