I value intelligence very highly, so that for sure. And to be honest, I'd rather be pretty than stable. |
Lol, so you'd be a good-looking crazy old guy someday? |
YES.
I couldn't think of a more fabulous way to put it than that. |
i believe the correct word in this case would be eccentric |
But not all "eccentric" people are good looking. =D _________________ Whenever there's light, there are shadows.

Looks fade. Intelligence fades (sadly, bringing to mind memories of my late granddad).
But psychological stability tends to last. You're way more likely to become forgetful than crazy with old age, I think. And I'm pretty stable - I've been accused at times of being unfeeling about some stuff, simply because I can stay calm on the surface most of the time, even if underneath I am panicking. Calm.

emotionally stable is a must-have.
when there's no emotional stability in a pretty person, -shrug- im sure we understand the idea. unless their intelligence helps them deal with it to make up for it.
personally..
the stability and intelligence. can worry about looks later

Emotionally stable and intelligent. However, you can be both and still be psychotic. However, we'd all probably be lying to say if some inner vanity didn't also play a part into the matchmaking game, whether we're willing to admit it or not.
Honestly, I've always felt you never truly know a person until you've seen them at their worst. Breakups come to mind. How they take it- how they react, the crazy lengths they go to get back together or to make you're lives a living hell.
The most emotionally stable and intelligent people tend to be the hardest that fall. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. I'd like to be emotionally stable and intelligent, although I know I'll miss the third one sooner or later. Or maybe not, because I'm that emotionally stable.
For RL matters, I know I'm good looking (but my personality is kinda the opposite). And I have the feeling that I swapped intelligence (or rather "indept thinking") for emotionally stability. |

I'm not talking about a bad personality.
I'm trying to say that my "look" doesn't fit my personality. Not much at least.
g.ex. Some "good looking" people are just full of themself, while I'm not.
....
oh this sounds so cocky |

OH. Ok. I was confused there. I was going "WHAT. HE IS FANTASTIC. WHAT IS HE TALKING ABOUT. IT'S LIKE HE WANTS ME TO CATCH A FLIGHT TO SMACK HIM AROUND."
Caps and all. _________________

I'd pick Intelligence and Good Looks, it may sound superficial, but you have to realize that emotionally-stable women are a myth anyways.
Nah, seriously though, emotional stability is overrated, everyone has their moments, and I have more than enough of it that I can share some of it with my partner(s) if the need arises. _________________
