Your Video Game Character Dream Team

(I'm big on these "list" threads lately, aren't I?)

Okay, choose five characters who comprise the ultimate world protection (or world destruction) dream team, and why you chose them.

Also, be sure to give your dream team a name that links them together by their grouping... such as...

Gunners

1. Yuna (FFX/FFX-2)
She's hot and between her gun skills, white magic and summoning power, she'd be a formidable ally.
2. Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid franchise)
He's an expert spy and soldier who can manage all manner of tools and weapons... and even an iPod!
3. Master Chief (Halo franchise)
Because bad guys have this habit of dying whenever he's around.
4. Vincent (Final Fantasy VII)
Because every team needs a brooding emo psychopath.
5. KOS-MOS (Xenosaga)
She's a robot with big guns (get it?)

I try to avoid Uber-heroes like Ark & Link:

1. Kumari
such a cool & wise child
2. Grahf (Xenogears)
I just like such "I-planned-everything-beforehand" antagonists
3. Vivec (Morrowind)
because he's a god, and he's proud of it
4. Death Fool (Som 2)
haha you can't kill him! try it!

mabye some others come to my mind later...

Link needs to be on the list, because there's no getting rid of him. Every generation, there's another Link born; no matter how often evil appears, there'll always be one around.

I don't know. I can think of the worst people qualified to save the world:

1. Captain Olimar (Pikmin)
2. Amy (Sonic Adventure)
3. Yoshi (Mario franchise)
4. Hunter (Spyro the Dragon franchise)
5. Candy Kong (Donkey Kong franchise)

Yep. That's a team full of fail right there.

Forget powerful magic and massive weapons! jumping on heads is the ultimate death dealing move.

1. Mario - of course
2. Donkey Kong - maybe he should be on top considering his weight lol.
3. Sonic - so u think ur omnislash is quick hey cloud? sonics gonna jump on ur head real fast
4. Commander Keen - not too crash hot by himself, but watch out for his pogo stick jumps ><
5. lets not forget the old whomp king !

You have obviously not seen Pikmin & Olimar in SSBB. LET ME SHOW YOU THEM. (he's one of my personal faves)

Also, regarding Baby Bowser from SMW2.

Geno
-Because every team needs at least one COOL character. It helps that Geno is from the heavens and has a name you can't pronounce.
Kirby
-Because sometimes an enemy's weakness is themselves.
Protoman
-Because every team needs at least two COOL characters. It helps that Protoman has a bitchin scarf.
Bomberman
-He makes things explode. Anytime. Anywhere.
Simon Belmont
-He may not have been the first Belmont, but he's one of the few (if not the only) who, after kicking Dracula's ass, resurrected him back just so he could kick it AGAIN. [/badass]
