Okay. Ever have any confusing side effects of actions or random ailments?
For instance, I was just scratching the spot under my nose and all of a sudden got serious vertigo. What the heck? _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

@chicken: that thing is so awesome!
watch out, ailments are normally not "random". if something hurts, your body wants to tell you that some sort of burden you impose on him damages him directly or will have after-effects.
this is similar to your sense of taste, where your body tells you what kind of nutrients he needs via hunger. _________________

I got a pretty bad head cold last week. Now, I'm having pains behind my right eye- the same one I took a pellet to, the same one I'm now partially blind in. The pain sucks, as can be imagined. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. If I sit down for longer than, say, half an hour, then get up and move my head too much in any direction, I get a sudden and powerful headache, like something just smashed hard into my forehead. And a few times I've gotten up too quickly, I even blacked out for a few secs.
Not pleasant at all. O_O _________________

I black out if I stand up too fast. I know how that feels. It's really irritating. D: _________________

Yeah, it's 'cos I've got poor circulation due to my weight; in fact, I'm pretty sure every ache, pain, dizzy spell, etc;....can be traced to my obesity one way or another. Hence the taking of Xenical that I do now, to reverse the weight gain.
One weird incident I had once, I woke up one morning during a school summer holidays, bounced out of bed feeling awake and energetic. But for some reason, my legs just didn't start working and I faceplanted. I did that a couple more times (and shredded my knees in the process), before my legs finally started to move. There was no numbness, no tingling feeling...just when I first woke up, they wouldn't move, would respond at all. They were just totally dead weight. Weird....
And then of course, there's the fact that I suffer from both somnambulism and somniloquism. _________________

I dunno why I get the weird blackouts from standing up too quickly.
Ahhh I hate that. I'll wake up and go to move my arms and I just CAN'T because they will not move. They're still asleep or something and they will not move no matter what. It's good enough to freak me out a lot when that happens.
I've only had one incident where I really woke up hurting, but that was connected to a car accident I had 8 years ago and I had really nasty whiplash. Woke up and I couldn't move my neck without some really excruciating pain. When I went to the chiropractor, he was a little shocked that my neck was doing that and even after he fixed it, it hurt really badly. I had been super sick before that, so I slept it off, but it was enough to make me want to dig out the vicodin I had from when I got my wisdom teeth taken out. _________________

Heh, yeah, neck ache sucks too. I occasionally twist my neck (my whole body in fact) during the night, and wake up with random muscle cramps that take up to a whole day to loosen up, just in time to go to bed and do it all again!
Srsly though, I'd love to know why I walk and talk in my sleep. O.O It's not dangerous, but it's disconcerting to say the least. _________________

I don't think I do that, but I'd be terrified if I did. Makes me even more glad I don't live in a house with stairs, haha. _________________

O yeah, I've sleep-walked up and down stairs before, many times when I was a child; once I climbed up a pile of boxes of old toys in my sleep and then couldn't get down again. And the amount of times I've woken up to find my alarm clock deactivated (even though it's on the far side of the room from my bed and I have to walk over to switch it off) I can't even count.
But the sleep-talking is more prevalent these days, and for me a lot more worriesome; I have no idea what I might be talking about in my sleep, lolz.... _________________
