It's been a busy week:
A new deck-box for my Yu-Gi-Oh cards. It has a soft, vinyl finish, and the inside is lined with cloth. It's effing beautiful.
Mr. Driller DS, Trace Memory, and Hotel Dusk
Season 7 of InuYasha (on sale at Wal-Mart! Whoop!)
Three volumes of Ouran HSHC manga and three volumes of Sundome manga
A Deathnote blanket with Light and L (I getz to dreamz about mass murdurz)
Breaktout and Pitfall for Atari 2600
And the Piece de resistance: A SUPER SCOPE 6.
And holy bejesus, am I excited. _________________

Resident Evil 5 DLC. Turned out to be garbage.

although I don't know what "Devour 2" means, this is a good example of these WTF UBER new editions. what is this shit?! so exaggerated, I remember the dragons of my friends full-color-dragon deck with VERY expensive dragons and playing in contests, but there's no way one of his dragons could compete to something like that. 1/1 tokens for free? each round? plus sacrifice thing? _________________

old cards were either too good or too crap by today's standards. there are a lot more cards now and so much more things that can be done.
and devour means that when it comes into play, it can eat things and start with +1/+1 counters on it. so each of those 1/1s could eat stuff to get 2 counters per thing it ate.
and this card was a special release with one of the sets. it is mythic rare for a reason. _________________

That's one beautiful Dragon card. Now here's the one I'm waiting for:
I missed the initial release of this Promo, but its coming out again in March. I'm looking forward to re-building my Dragon Deck. _________________

devour = op! thats a heaps powerful card for its mana cost. i was playing a booster draft tourney with my mate for the new worldwake set. the legendary creatures are pretty nuts. i had some black/blue kraken. so good! |

@tay: that is messed up. And what, no metalmorph anymore? You just sacrifice a crappy dragon, and you get this for free? without trap holes or such?
@dark gaia: THIS is a prime example of devour being stupidly OP. especially in my saproling deck:

Ah, Wrexial the risen deep that lets you play spells from their graveyard for free. He's a nasty little bugger. And the final devour showcase will be thunder thrash elder with devour 3 (gets +3/+3 per creature you sacrifice to it when it enters play)
