for tonight, everyone is a VIP so as i said: im rick james, bitches, enjoy yourselves 
and im legal since 3 years now... at least in austria. when you turn 18, you can do anything. well, you cannot (i dunno why) enter some clubs around here until you officially turn 21 (that is, if they ask for an ID). but im legal to drive a car (which i was since i turned 1 , im legal to buy any alcohol (also with 1 and do whatever i want as long as it doesnt violate the law.
oh and for the first time in my life, i tried dope today. didnt do shit to me, honestly. time didnt slow down, i wasnt giggling and laughing all the time... i just felt like i always do.

ive never smoked the stuff myself, but ive seen one of my friends have a joint or 2. he was laughing quite a bit, other than that, he seemed to be quite normal... well as normal as this guy is when hes drunk

Ah, right. 18 is the age limit here too (UK), rather than the US' limit at 21 - except for some stuff, for which we have age limits of 16 (notably our legal age of consent, less notably playing the national lottery)
