@EP: Be lucky you've not heard the retard fangirl Japanese then. "LOL HE IS SO KAWAII AND KAKOII AND SUGOI DESU LOL" and I want to beat their head into the pavement.
@Muerte: Actually, meals + healthy snacks (fruit, veggies) is healthy for you. _________________

Ayup, but I believe it's more 4-5 small meals consisting of healthy foods rather than 2 or 3 large meals is far better for you? I've tried it, but I just keep on slipping back to eating fewer meals since it's less effort. D: _________________ It's high time I revised this signature. |

Small meal for breakfast, something light between breakfast and lunch, a medium-sized lunch, something light between lunch and dinner, and then a filling dinner is what is usually recommended, I believe. That's what my nutrition teacher and the aerobics teacher at my school always said. Generally, a good cut off time for food at night is before like... 8pm. As long as you have a dinner that will fill you and not make you hungry later on, you're usually good. Though a small snack afterward might not hurt. Following suggested serving sizes is always a plus too. _________________

Your nutrition teacher would hate me. I once had a Toblerone bar for dinner. _________________

i eat what i feel like (depending on availability), when i feel like it. this results in a very irregular diet, going anywhere from 1 to about 6 meals per day. _________________

That's appropriate dinner food to me, you know.
@EP: I generally do too. I do have a rule about eating after a certain time though, and I usually don't break it. _________________

Screw dieting. I'm at a healthy 125 lbs, which would be roughly 56 kg. Rather underweight considering I'm like 6 ft tall (183cm?).
(I have no idea how the hell I am still so light.) _________________

Wanna know what else grinds my gears? People who say "Unexpectedly and uninvitedly." Or people who use the world irreguardless... irreguardless of their intentions. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it.
