I just kept wondering the admins and mods don't enforce the rules on signatures... or are they forgot them? _________________

Just caught Lugia; funnily enough my star pokemon for the fight was a level 17 Magneton - who paralized him, and cast flash so many time he couldnt hit anyone. My level 23 Krabby then brough Lugias health to less then 1%. about 100 ball throws later I had a Lugia... _________________

Im saving the master ball for when I have to face a level 70 ho-ho, or mewtwo; not sure which I will use it on yet. _________________

mewtwo's moveset is pathetic, you could catch him easily.
lvl70 ho-oh might be fun, but by the time you can get up to him youd be well equipped to take him down with dusk balls.
im saving my masterball for a shiny pokemon, or a really awesome-looking thing. or just hoarding it.
my lugia was caught after 10 or so balls on my 3rd reset. i had dusk balls and a jumpluff with sleep powder. ftw _________________

hm yeah i usually just dont use my master ball in any pokemon games just in case, n then never end up using it lol. But it was so early in the game n i only had like 30 pokeballs in 20 ultras i think, and he killed my entire party in about 15 turns, so i jus figured meh, later in the game il be better equipped to catch anything. and i am! ive got bout 500k worth off pokeballs! =p |

Anyone care to answer please? _________________

@Blade: its still similar. the less pokemon you raise, the easier it is. as long as you can hit for at least neutral on most types, you can coast through the game with 2 pokemon. |

@ Blade: The core gameplay is essentially unchanged even compared to Red and Blue. You get eight Badges, fight the Elite Four, raise and catch Pokemon.
Some advanced mechanics have been added, such as natures and abilities, but those have minimal effect on the overall experience and are mostly there for competitive play. Also new are Beauty Contests, Olympic-style minigames, and most significantly, Post-game sidequests. _________________
