Oh this night shift isn't without it's costs. By the end of Sunday I want to slaughter a customer just so that I can sleep in the back of the cop car.

I think everyone who works overnight at a job wants to kill people by the end of their shift. Especially after a 13 hour day, and having spilt bleach all over your brand new pair of black shoes. Very Happy

im at uni. on a saturday. was programming stuff, but went outside for dinner and im now quite cold.

but yes, ive heard that prolonged shifts tend to make people want to commit senseless crimes

When I worked at the mall I once pulled a 32-hour WEEKEND (two 16 hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday with an 8 hour break between the two).

By the end I tried to kill myself with the letter opener. It didn't work. Mostly because it was actually a chopstick from the chinese food I had been eating in my bed two days after the shift... Scared

@Flamez: I work at a game store as well, but I'm morning shift and we tend to be SLOW.

Also, HOLY CRAP there were a lot of updates today! Those debate threads were CRAZY. Val and Jase sure know how to get into it... Scared

Maybe I should have stayed signed in last night? I feel like I missed out on potential fun!

An unfortunate side effect of religious debate, which is why I reccomended against it. I won't say I was any more in the right than Val was; we both got way to into it.
