So what are some of the worst or funniest character/people names you've heard or seen?
Found these this morning:
Vanlandingham
Diff-Mider-Junk-Junk
Slagathor
Society
Meteor
Really. Seriously.
I'm totally naming my kid Avalanche.
Maybe Zalthrott.
How about puns?
Naught E. Bishop
Hugh Jass
Noble Butt
Mary A. Jerk

a former school collegue of mine and me, we had this bet running: whoever has a child first has to name it "the invincible hulk". i somehow stuck with that idea and am still thinking about if it'd be a good idea to tell my future wife about it _________________

lol psycho just how much fun did you guys have with that?
"stop chewing on that, asshole."
this guy on an old tv show named his dog "Dammit."
So then he could say stuff like "Sit, dammit." "Roll over, dammit." "Dammit, good job."
One of my favorite scenes of all time |

ROFL. Early Simpsons FTW!
He never actually went through with it, but when my mum was pregnant for the first time with my sister, my dad said that he wanted to name her:
Suzanne Ursula Nancy Deirdre Elaine Roberta Lauren.....
It was at this point that my mum realised he was spelling out SUNDERLAND AFC with her initials. Needless to say, he never got away with that epic plan.
Thankfully for my potential future kids, I don't support a football/soccer team. Though being a massive Doctor Who fan, I could always consider naming my first kid TARDIS or something. _________________

Trush. (From the Japanese version of MS Saga- A New Dawn, a hardly played RPG with horrible character direction, horrible characters, horrible voice dialogue. Oh, and it features Mobile Suits from the entire Gundam saga) _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. The only worst name I've ever heard is a very minor historical example (though some considered it more hysterical than historical ).
One of my mates at school was a boy called Mark - he liked Mark, but he absolutely hated the fact that his parents had given him the combo of Mark as his first name, with Anthony as his middle.
Yes, Mark Anthony. They were big fans of the old film version of Anthony & Cleopatra with Elizabeth Taylor.
He was always so embarrassed about being called Mark Anthony. Personally I thought/think it's a very fine name. _________________
