So I heard a couple hints today that the last soldiers in Iraq have been pulled out. The internet said it, and a news parody said it, so I'm kind of skeptical.
So. Has the seven year war finally ended once and for all? |

The U.S. has withdrawn down to 50,000 soldiers, and plans to be out by 2012.
Until then, they'll gradually give up their combat roles, and turn to advising roles for Iraqi soldiers instead. _________________

Yeah don't be fooled. We are removing combat troops, but we still have that 50,000 Freedan mentioned stationed over there. If I know American foreign policy (and I think I do) the war will never officially end but we'll wind up with a sort of cease-fire. You know, technically speaking the war with Korea never officially ended as there was never an Armistice. _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.
