Maybe I'm just being prematurely negative, but I predict another Daikatana.

Also, fun fact: I was 12 when the game was first announced. Still in 6th grade. This game has been in development purgatory for more than half my life.

haha they really going to release it.
i wonder how much is new probably they made a new game and scraped the old. Which make you wonder how many Duke Nukems would already released, if they work like other.

i still remember the epic trailer back then.

wonder if it will be out before 2012 xD

Its only finally seeing a release because the company who had the rights before lost said rights and someone else is producing it.

Ocie Denver · Posted: Tue Sep 14, 2010 2:01 pm Post subject:

Speaking of rights... I wonder Gearbox will do Shadow Warrior (another FPS game by 3D Realm) once Duke Nukem Forever is really gone gold?

i guess im never leaving my room again if this is REALLY going to happen...

true; but gearbox was definatley the best choice to get it released, the founder worked for 3D realms back when forever was still a new idea. If anyone is going to keep it as close to 3D realms plan it will be gearbox.

I will buy it. I've been playing with Build again a bit in anticipation. Darn it, Duke, why do you make me waste so many hours pretending to be an architect?
