4th semester? aren't there like only 2 per year?
also, congrats on almost finishing the thesis. everyone i know here doing one is complaining so much about theirs. what are you writing it on? |
uh, yea, 2 semesters per year but actually im already in the 5th semester cause im studying since 2008 lol
i was writing about MTV and its attention, so basically WHY we are watching MTV. an analysis of the current program plus analyses of music videos plus scandals plus commercials, etc. etc. you get the point _________________

handed my bachelor thesis in today. came home, read that MTV GERMANY will soon be pay-tv-only. former euphoria was replace by being pissed. why? not only because i cant watch MTV on free-tv anymore, no, more because i had a chapter called "future developments". and OF COURSE, i was not mentioning that, because i didnt know. what the shit... _________________

It's still not complete, but here it is. It's the first proper commission I got. Made some real good headway on the basic shading. Just gotta finish the shading and highlight masks, add in some specular and reflective highlights.

Even bugs are not immune to rule 34...
Oh, I just went through a round of interviews for a promotion at my job. Not the one I originally wanted, mind you- but another one. It would mean a raise and I would be making close to 15 bucks an hour. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. FF fanfare-moments? Cleaning my car on the weekend, and driving through the night with a superclean windshield!
And of course, having internet at my new place! _________________

Well, after a hard night of thinking, I sunk myself into some gaming.
I played Rock Band 3 for awhile, and was working on some Bass stuff. I played Message In The Bottle by the Police, and figured out a pretty strong star path. (Meaning using star power to the fullest potential th maximize score) So, with one little mistake on the use, I finished the song- to discover I had placed 2nd in the WORLD on bass, missing by four hundred points. I figured, hell, I'll give it another shot- this time missing by a thousand. Had no idea how I pulled that one off.
Went for a third time, and, lo and behond- number one in the world on that song. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. Related.
Just bought Pac-Man Championship Edition DX and have been placing in the top ten worldwide percentile in nearly every mode. My best score so far? 29/3,200
After I finish all the modes I'm going to go back and see how high I can get my ranks. _________________
