I am working on a training video for my company. It's part of a contest to design a training video that will help our company prevent churn (loss of customers to other competitors).
So how can you help? Real simple. Just fill out the questionnaire at the bottom. I'll try to keep it short and simple.
==SECTION 1: Your Carrier==
1. Who is your current wireless provider?
2. How long have you been a customer?
3. Did you have a wireless carrier before them, and if so why did you leave the previous competitor?
4. Have you considered leaving your current carrier and if so why?
==SECTION 2: Factors in Churn==
Answer the questions below on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is not at all likely, 5 is extremely likely.
5. How likely is it that you would leave a company due to a bad customer service experience?
6. How likely is it that you would leave a company if you found out a competitor had a better device?
7. How likely is it that you would leave a company if you found out a competitor had a better rate plan?
8. How likely is it that you would leave a company if you found out a competitor had a better coverage area:
8a. if you needed the covered area?
8b. if you might need the covered area?
8c. if you would not likely need the covered area?
==SECTION 3: Comparisons==
Answer the questions below on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is not at all likely, 5 is extremely likely.
9. How likely is it that you would rather have good prices over good customer service?
10. How likely is it that you would rather have good devices over good coverage area?
11. How likely is it that you would rather have good service over good devices?
12. How likely is it that you would rather have good coverage over good prices?
==SECTION 4: Your Experience==
13. Has your company ever given you a courtesy credit simply for an inconvenience?
14. Does your company offer flexible solutions for bill payment or extensions?
15. Does your company offer the ability to have a "loaner phone" while you wait for an insurance claim or repair?
Answer the questions below between 1 and 5, where 1 is "never" and 5 is "always".
16. Have you been satisfied with your carrier's customer service?
17. Have you been satisfied with your phone?
18. Have you been satisfied with your monthly bill?
19. Have you understood your bill and knew where each charge was coming from?
20. Have you been satisfied with your carrier's coverage area?
==SECTION 5: Final Questions==
21. How many US Cities do you think are currently covered by 4G Service?
a. Over 1,000.
b. About 500.
c. Less than 100.
d. Less than 50.
22. Would you rather have an Android phone or an iPhone?
23. When you have a good customer service experience, about how many people do you tell about it?
24. When you have a bad customer service experience, about how many people do you tell about it?
