Nintendo Shop
I was surfing the web and found Nintendo's official site. Bored and not much to do, I decided to do some digging around... only to find Nintendo still offers some retro stuff for sale. Mostly manuals and a few power supplies... some of the newer stuff has alot more, but there is some stuff of interest.
As far as NES goes, they say "if not available you will receive a photocopy of the manual you purchase." At a 1-1.50, on the off chance they have any of the old manual stock, I put in an order of about ten bucks in the event they do have some stuff left over. I ordered a LoZ manual, Donkey Kong Jr Math, and, most notably, Two Final Fantasy maps and the manual. Even if photocopies I think it'd be pretty cool to have these, especially since they're being provided directly by Nintendo.
As for SNES, theres a few there too, including Link to the Past, and, most importantly to me at least, a "Copy" of the Illusion of Gaia manual. Any idea why of all games would Nintendo offer this games manual? Not that I'm complaining, I just find that a little weird since this was an Enix release...
Interesting either way, when I get this order I'll let you guys know how it all looks. Theres manuals for N64 and Gameboy, so if you got a free block of time might be worth it to go through and see what they have. There is plenty of manuals for every system, as well as some new/refurbished accessories for some systems. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. I ordered the Illusion of Gaia manual there about ten years ago. I got a photocopied manual, but the original map, which I still have. (Nintendo published IoG in the states)
I also ordered the Legend of Zelda manual around the same time. It was photocopied. _________________

Did they have the map separately for order or did it come with the manual?
Kinda wish I thought of this sooner. In another oddity of a similar find, I found the original publisher of the "NES" bible games, and have ordered un-circulated boxes/manuals from them. I'm on a mailing list and every year they seem to add new stuff. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it.
