Well, technically, that's why all the other bad guys came into the picture for DBZ.  Emporer Pilaf was hilarious.
And the fact that Yamcha liked Bulma and freaked out when he thought her chest was dragon balls....priceless.

i liked dbz at the time because it was completely different to most other cartoonies that i had seen att he time ... like ... ermm ... hmm ... pokemon or something ... can't really think of any others
