Jason Tandro · Mon Mar 02, 2009 11:21 pm

Yes, I have made another Youtube Commercial for TerraEarth. This is short and it's another picture commercial, but I think the point is valid.

it doesnt really say much. just compares the number of members. i think it would have been better if you had shown the number of active members, topics, and posts per day. and then said how no one is ignored or pushed over to the next page.

but still, nice to see you promoting this place

yea, apart from the fact that it really didnt say a lot there is a kind of paradox in it: we want to recruit as much new members as possible because we are such a small community... but if a lot of new guys join, we stop being a small community and "standing out" will be harder Oo

hmmm...

You should have put on some bummer music when 200+ came up would have made it funnier, still creative commercial.

good idea, but rule 1&2^^

hmm... perhaps I was a tad hasty, as my point seems to be lost on the general populace...

Okay, I'll rework the commercial. Speaking of that, everyone with a webcam or camcorder of their own should be making those Character commercials. Let's face it, the best thing about TE: Forums is US.

My only camera is on my phone, but I might just make one anyway

Yeah, I made a comment right after my own comment, big whoop, wanna fight about it?

Anyway, I wanted to bump this because I made a couple commercials for TerraEarth as well (Horray! Yay!) They aren't that great because all I have is a camera phone and I don't know how to use video editing software, but at least I have a charming personality, right?

Anyway, here's the links:

not a bad ad for someone running just off a camera phone. i also quite like your figurines

although if you did have movie editing software, some epic music wouldnt have gone astray

Entertaining!

"We talk about stuff"

i somehow dont really like where this all is going... look at us! are we so desperate to recruit new members to upload videos where members are in some kind of way (no offense here) BEGGING that new guys join us? i mean... come on! you got to be kidding me...
