That's downright heart-breaking. It always sucks when kids die of anything, especially something like cancer.
I would agree with Freedan about my "faith in humanity" being restored, but I'm the kind of person who has never really lost it, per se. People are basically good at heart, and this story is evidence of it.

Someone posted a different link to the same story in the livejournal, so I happened upon it there. But damn if I wasn't going "Awww!

i was in the cinema last night (we were watching MY BLOODY VALENTINE 3D) and saw the trailer for "UP"... of course i had to think about the story. at least she died after an apparently good movie.
