My neighbor and friend let me and my roommates borrow his SNES and all of his games. Here is the line-up in their order of awesomeness (most awesome at the top):
Super Mario All-Stars
Super Mario World
Donkey Kong Country
Super Mario RPG
Illusion of Gaia
Mortal Kombat
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest
Killer Instinct
Super Gameboy (It'd be higher, but I don't have any decent GB games except Link's Awakening and (buried somewhere) a copy of Pokemon Blue).
Page Master (ewww)
Dr. Franken (ewwwwwwww) _________________ Support me on Patreon!

The first half of that list should be in every SNES collection.
I used to have a Super Gameboy. It was probably one of the most unnecessary creations ever, but it was strangely entertaining to select the different backgrounds, let it idle, and see the animations that played out. _________________

I agree with Freedan about the first half of the list.
I have:
ActRaiser (complete)
Illusion of time (cartridge only)
Terranigma (cartridge only)
Super Mario World (cartridge only)
Aladdin (cartridge only)
The next game I'll buy will be either Secret of Mana or SkyBlazer. |

It beats it because a later version of All-Stars included Super Mario World in it. _________________

I have the earliest version with only 1,2,3 and Lost Levels. But still man, I likes it simply because it has the remastered 3. SMB3 was the best Mario Game of all time, bar none. _________________ Support me on Patreon!

What? You have Link's Awakening?
Super Game Boy should be at the top of that damn list then.

Links Awakening > All Handheld Zelda Games
And Probably
Links Awakening > All Handheld Games
But
Links Awakening !> All Zelda Games
and certainly
Links Awakening !> All SNES Compatible Games
It was good, but not the best.
Probably it's #4 behind OoT, Link to the Past and Zelda II (Zelda II being my personal favorite. Of course I haven't finished Twilight Princess.) _________________ Support me on Patreon!

What? Zelda II?
I love Zelda II, but no. It's among the worst Zelda games.
ALttP, OoT, and TP are the only Zelda games that could possibly > LA.
(and subjectively, they don't ) _________________

game controller, zsnes, and a collection of roms. not quite the same, but it fills the gap when your snes isnt plugged in, or doesnt have the games you wish to play _________________

Sorry, I'm against piracy.
