My guess is that it's just some doujin. Though in Japan they have a group that did all the songs for the Japanese PPG called "Power Puff Souls" consisting of Hayashibara Megumi, Kamiya Maki, and Natsu (I'm guessing the voices in the Japanese voices).
I do have one of the songs, if anyone wants it. I'll warn you now, it's sugary-sweet and upbeat/cute.

that comic is actually quite good. Ever since we lost Cartoon Network, my main form of amusement here in holland i sorta miss those old cartoons
heck, i learned all my english from watching cartoon network.

Man, I should pay more attention, I could have told ya it was real ages ago, being that i spend my days in a PPG chatroom... that's not weird. really  It's not like we spend all day discussing it or anything... *cough*
I'm thinking it'll be alright, though it wouldn't be like most magical girl animes, as it's being made with the intention of being aired US and Jap at about the same time... so there will be less of the panty-shots and innuendo that so many magic-girl animes have.
If that's a good thing or not is up to you
