Current Fail Video Game Library:
What would be the plot, concept and gameplay mechanics of your ultimate swan song? The game that nobody could possibly like and had no redeeming values?
Mine would be
Super Tax Form 2K10!
+ Play through six exciting stages ranging from EZ e-File to Severe Audit!
+ Learn to itemize deductions for everything from a third car to cat litter!
+ Play mini-games like the ADJ schedule, EIC worksheet and the mysterious 8888 Form!
Because it has super in the title, must be an SNES game...

how about
DETENTION MASTER 3000
- sit still for hours without being able to move.
- explore the dull, boring room by looking around

no saving, no playing beyond detention. just sitting. and waiting.

How about "Board Meeting Sim 2010"?
- Meet with co-workers in Conference room A!
- Watch and listen to projected revenue slideshows in real time!
- Two suit colours to choose from... gray, or slightly darker gray!
