umm...
I don't know what to do -_- ... yeah ... its the stupid little kid again ... but ... most of the time when im not staring at the computer screen wondering if something is gonna happen im lyin in bed staring at a wall ... not exactly fun ... i feel sad/angry/depressed/pained/happy(occasionally) but all at once or flickering from one to another ... i can't think all that clearly anymore ... but the most disturbing (to me) is other than those ... i feel empty ... hollow ... its maddening ... any suggestions on how to fill it? ... excluding alcohol, drugs etc. ...
It's high time I revised this signature.

Emptiness...
It'll probably pass with time, but exactly how long will it take? Who knows? Varies from instance to instance, person to person. Whenever I slipped into those instances, I was determined something was wrong, so I'd analyze my life, trying to decide what things I was unhappy with, and what changes would make me happy, then work towards changing those things. But, sometimes, nothing comes to mind. Nothing seems appealing. Everything seems bland. And I start to wonder what the point of anything is. Time passes, and eventually, I'm capable of being happy again. In the meantime, all I've found to be done is try to continue to do the things you enjoy. If you enjoy nothing, try to do the things you USED to enjoy. At the least, it'll keep you from slipping into further apathy. Tweak your mental state. Work on your character design. And I'm not sure if this applies to you, but I find keeping myself busy helps a lot. When I'm in those states, the more I think, the more depressed I get.
Overwhelmed with gestalt possibilities...

I've been apathetic before, the best advice I can give is to try something new, something you don't know about. it worked for me and my music, I see no reason it wouldn't work with you and whatever you want to do. Maybe you could be a flash artist, your animations are quite cool.
As for depression, I'll just pull an advice from my dear friend Carina, "Work.....lots of it."

Umm...
From someone who gone through that and I think that had a decent rate of success..
This is something that only you can really deal with. You have to find a reason not to feel empty, and how to fill the void. Things aren't just gonna come, actually the world would rather like to leave you behind, even if you wish things weren't like that. Still I can give a few tips:
Just try to do stuff, no matter how you feel. Just do them.
About the doing new stuff, I second that motion :p helps a lot. But I think the suggestion made by Joan is quitte weak, since if u use to be all the time in the comp it won't help that much. Do a 180 degrees turn, and if not, make it at least 90 degrees :p
It helps me to be calm at all times, no matter what is happening. But I am calm coz I just try to do the stuff the way I want to, if I can't I do the closest bitching about it doesn't helps.
Remember that after all, you have to know what u want. If you don't know, or simply don't want anything, maybe you should try improving slowly what u already do, just to keep being running at the pace of the world, and try new things. I dunno if you will but in my personal case if I don't meh. Whatever.

your problem is... you think too much and the time to spend thinking about whatever... the more you think the more you create un-needed anxiety, I, myself am very fortunate to be easily distracted (it's a curse and a blessing). If I happen to be wide awake and staring at my ceiling, I just put on my huge JVC earphones and blast away music from my MP3 until I've been in a drowzy enough position...
that..or you could join a religion, throwing yourself hopelessly into a faith that will answer all your enquiries through religious beliefs

You're just a human being, my dear, sweet child

Well I have found that the best course of actions is to think a little and do a lot :p just think 'enough', but always think before you do something. So just think as much as you have to and act based on that the rest of the time :p
Also I wanna say..
I am sorry Axe I couldn't contain myself.. the cheez weez bottle told me to do it! it was in my head and wouldn't leave me alone! *cries* Put cheez weez in Axe's pants, put cheez weez in Axe's pants, the bottle keep repeating that and I was going crazy! *pulls hair and rolls in the floor*

Hey Muerte!
I should have known it was you from all the ellipsis (...)!
About your depression, I suggest listening to happy music. But not happy hardcore. It never did anyone good.
Why not wholesome morning musume?
Seriously though, my reasons to live are religion oriented, and I understand you are uncomfortable about such things, so I will leave it for another day.
Death is back... Back again...
