so guys(!), go watch it!

you expected a story? this is a film for guys, I mean who wants story? I was worried in the beginning when the Generalissimo started to think, luckily he got killed anyway. luckily EVERYONE got killed, except for the good guys. which was very good, so there was no need for sadness. and I couldn't imagine anyone of them get killed either in films nor in real lifechicken wrote:the story was just meh and the combat scenes were mostly so fast cut that you couldnt really see what happened and who did what... so, all in all, it wasnt really what i was expecting.

they're both amazing fights (tony jaa is awesome), but these are martial arts movies and their actors are asian. sly and co. are white, so they can't do martial arts and rely on heavy weapons. and weapons are superior to martial arts, especially in action movies.chicken wrote:watch, learn and be amazed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMuWmjye ... re=relatedpsychokind wrote:no THIS is how choreographies have to look like!!!chicken wrote:THIS is how choreographies have to look like.

you know, when i saw jet li being in that movie, i was like "hot damn, there HAS to be some good old beating going on". but actually, i was disappointed. and a lot of firepower cant compensate that. besides, im not really that much into shootouts :/psychokind wrote:they're both amazing fights (tony jaa is awesome), but these are martial arts movies and their actors are asian. sly and co. are white, so they can't do martial arts and rely on heavy weapons. and weapons are superior to martial arts, especially in action movies.chicken wrote:watch, learn and be amazed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMuWmjye ... re=relatedpsychokind wrote: no THIS is how choreographies have to look like!!!
