Temporarily Back! (for three days)

Well, I have a semi-long three day weekend, so I figured i'd check in.

I have a pre-algebra class, which i'm finding very difficult ... i'm not really "good" with advanced mathematical concepts like some people naturally are.

So far, since it's just pre-algebra, it hasn't been terribly hard, basically we are going through all the steps and rules to solve the problems - learning exponents, intergers, etc.

And I didn't do too well on my last test. I have another one on the 19th.

So, is there anyone here that really naturally good at math? I don't know why, but the "math chip" was never implanted into my brain at birth.

[edit--the cure for math is study-buddies who are patient with you :3 and you gotta do as much math related stuff outside the hw as much as possible to understand it better.]

math was my favorite subject at school... NOT! ugh, i was so bad, i was always barely passing it.

I was amazing at Algebra back when I was in school. However, I've forgotten most (all) of it since then.

I'm not always awesome at it, but I'd hope some of it stuck from back when I took my degree.

Unless you get to some really scary shit like relativity or quantum mechanics (or even electromagnetism), I failed those courses in my third year.

Yes, I have 3 free days on each weekend. I was kind of missing the place.
