Money- Population :)

In this thread I just wanted to ask ya what you do to fill your bank accounts. Do you just work for the money or do you invest some of it in any way? And if so what do you do with it?

I for example do some online betting to boost my income by a few % at the end of the month. Mostly I bet on soccer from england and arabia since the matches there are the easiest to predict. I don't bet on odds smaller than 2,00 and use the double-up system to prevent myself from losing something. It's still quite risky if you refer to what most ppl think 'bout betting in general, but hey I end up with ~50$ extra each month coz of it so just let em speak XD.

I think about trying some stock exchange once I've got a bigger financial basis too, but I'm still not sure if I'll really do that later.

So what do you do? trust the bank or are you a hardcore- booker or broker jumping on every odd that may return something? ^^

I've been hoping to find an easier way to make some extra cash on the side, but I just work for what I have. It's not much, but I get by.

did you ever try to raise your income a bit by yourself? and if yes how did it turn out?

I'm very interested in such things

. Prob is most ppl dunno how it works or screw it up once and then never try it again.

I haven't really done much searching for other sources of income specifically; if I tried hard enough, maybe I could find something.

Ideally, it would be something at home. With work and school, it's not like I could take a second job.

yeah I had the same prob too when I was still in school. But jobs aren't everything ^^. Sometimes it's like the money's just waiting and you just need to collect it. As with betting. A lil knowledge and luck and the world is yours ^^. And 50$ for 20min research per day isn't bad eh?

Explanation: I place 1 bet each day. It's the basic double-up system. My first placement is 2,5$, if that loses the second bet the next day goes with 5$ and so on until I win. I bet only on 3-Way Bets with Place-Odds above 2.00, which means the final profit is at least double of the started bet if the bet wins. The probability for a 3-way bet without knowledge as a factor are as follows: 1/3 to win, 2/3 to loose. With the knowledge component (history matches of the same clubs, recent home/away matches, average goals per game, current league standing aso.) the probabilities change to almost 50/50 (sometimes it's even 60/40). So it still depends on luck a bit, but the longer the row of losses gets the higher is the chance for a win in the row so since I need only 1 win to make profit I just continue betting until I score a hit

. The higher the odd of the winning bet the better the extra bonus at the end. But usually the 2nd bet wins allready so I usually end up with around 5-10$ per win ^^.
