Aeris Root
Type: Drug
Sub-Type: Narcotic
Status: Illegal
A common vine that grows near Freejia and Minimaly. It looks like ordinary clover, except it is brown instead of green. When cooked, it produces calming effects and can even cause minor hallucination in young children. It was considered for use by shamans as a medicine but since two common side effects of the drug are becoming overly apathetic and a significant decrease in motor function as use grows (and a psychological, if not physiological addiction occurs), it was declared illegal by the TerraEarthian Government.
It is still practiced as a recreational drug. A single root can be worth 50 Gems.
Code: |
Street Value of Aeris Root
Amount-Street Name- Value
1 Root- Hit- 35-50 Gems
1 Vine- String- 230-300 Gems
1 Bush- Box- 1,200- 3,000 Gems
2 Bushes- Stack- 5,000-8,000 Gems
|
Note:
Because of its religious implications, it is still legal to use this drug in Dao if prescribed by a Shaman. _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

Silfain Wine
Type: Alcohol
Sub-Type: Wine
Status: Controlled
Silfain Wine was brewed back during the year 121 T.D., and was considered to be one of the most potent alcoholic beverages ever made. Because of Moon Tribe brewing methods, the alcohol was super concentrated. A single shot of Silfain Wine is enough to give an average adult man a BAC of .18! Because of many deaths brought about by it being used as a challenge of manhood by certain dwarves, the TerraEarthian Government decided to limit the stores of Silfain Wine to the stewardship of the Brewmaster's Guild, who teach responsible use of alcohol above all else.
Some vats still exist, most within the Chimera Clan's hands, as well as private collectors.
Code: |

Gem Dust (Mandragora Root)
Type: Drug
Sub-Type: Hallucinogen
Status: Illegal
By grinding down a rare gem, such as Amythest or Garnet, and mixing it with the crystals that are formed when the roots of Mandragora are heated, the substances bind to make an extremely powerful hallucinogen.
The Mandragora Root is the true drug here, but it is often mixed in with the glowing pebbles and dust of rare gems because it dillutes the dust to non-lethal levels and the shiny particles are more pleasing to the eye than the earth colored root crystals.
This was banned by the TerraEarthian Government almost immediately after it was discovered in 212 T.D. There was a hesitation because some people claimed that the root had medicinal properties. Once it was determined that while the roots of mandragora do have medicinal properties the superheated crystals do not, the substance was banned.
It is almost impossible to prosecute dealers, as mandragora and gems are both legal to carry and store in large quantities. To get a conviction the dealer must have the completed product with him.
Code: |
Street Value of Gem Dust
Amount-Street Name- Value
1 Bag- Bag- 450-700 Gems
1 Box- Jewel- 1850-2500 Gems
1 Small Chest- Treasure- 7,000- 12,500 Gems

Olman's Select
Type: Alcohol
Sub-Type: Wine
Status: Restricted- Age 21
The winemaker Olman was quoted as saying: "The key to a perfect wine is a combination of natural talent and tender loving care."
That may be so, but his personal select wine is notorious for being one of the upper crust wines, and it takes a lot more to make than just TLC. The fermenting process is secret; only the TerraEarthian Government and the brewers themselves know the recipe and fermentation method.
The brewery is located deep in the mountains near Itory Village and has been guarded for years.
The brewers have been enchanted so that if they ever even think about mentioning the secrets of the place, they will forget everything, thus making this wine not only a fine piece of liqour, but a mystery.
Code: |
Street Value of Olman's Select
Amount-Street Name- Value
1 750 mL Bottle- Bottle- 300-450 Gems
1 L Bottle- Litre Bottle- 600-850 Gems
1 1/2 L Bottle- Handle- 1,250-1400 Gems

Shadowbanish Wine
Type: Alcohol
Sub-Type: Wine
Status: Controlled
Shadowbanish Wine is the mother of all wines. It is not for its taste or alcoholic content that it is so sought after, but its rarity. It was brewed by the Moon Tribe during the time of their transformation, just before they became Demons. As such only a handful of bottles have ever existed.
It is believed that there are something like 120 bottles left in the entire world, and this is the only way in which it can be purchased.
Code: |
Street Value of Shadowbanish Wine
Amount-Street Name- Value
1 L- Bottle- 4,500-8,000 Gems
|
Note: This is the standard market value, though it often sells for triple that at auction. _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.
