Welcome to TerraEarth, the best site on the web for all of your Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, and Terranigma needs. Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, and Terranigma were a trilogy of RPGs that were released for the Super Nintendo quite some time ago. This site was made to help relive those classic moments you had growing up as a kid, playing one of the games. If you never had the chance to play any of the games, here is your opportunity to do so.

RP PunchUp - The Ghost Lands Tournament
For those of you who didn't already know, TerraEarth has a great community behind this website. Active since the day the site was born, TerraEarth Forums is a second home to a decent group of Soul Blazer Trilogy fans.
TerraEarth Forums features several board, each with their own specific goal. Most of them for discussing Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma, but of course that's not all we do. One of our boards is the RP PunchUp Arena. Born out of an idea by community member Joan-Michelle, the RP PunchUp Arena is a place for our members to kick the living daylights out of eachother, TerraEarth style. The RP obviously stands for Role Playing, as the RP PunchUp is a role playing style game. Members take turns posting their actions and create a battle (or PunchUp) together.
In a few weeks an RP PunchUp tournament will kick off. Organised by community member Jason Tandro (famous for his last tournament) the Ghost Lands Tournament will begin on Febuary 1, 2009. If you're interested, I invite you to take a look. Although participating is even more fun. Use this topic to sign up for the tournament. How things work and the rules will all be explained there.
Check out some of our past PunchUps while you're waiting or visit our community at the very least.
More updates soon.

TerraEarth in the new year
Did everybody enjoy the holidays? We sure did! So...what can we expect at TerraEarth in 2009?
First off, we've adopted the Terranigma 2 - The Continuance project. A project devoted to creating a non-commercial sequal to Terranigma. This game will feature an improved battlesystem (non-turn based, of course!), a new magic system, improved graphics, less requirement to follow the plotline, difference between days and nights and a complete weather system. Sounds to good to be true? We assure you it's not. There's a devoted crew on the job.
The majority of the project's website is still in German, as it's our team's primary language. But, we're working to get the English pages up as fast as we can write them. Please drop by Terranigma 2 - The Continuance.
Second, we're still working to give you the best information for Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma. Which is a full-time job! In fact... we're looking for people to help out with the site. Know anyone? Or perhaps yourself? Click here to check my contact data, you'll find an email address to which you can send your application.
Enjoy 2009!

Content migration
We are currently migrating our content into the new site system, which finally has been completed. I expect this process to take about a week, perhaps two. Hoping on the one. After migrating all the content we're going to flip the magic switch and activate the new system. All content will be stored and managed from a single system completely integrated with the existing TerraEarth systems.
At the time of writing this we are at about 7% of the content migration. Updates will be posted as they become available.

Minor problems
We are experiencing some minor difficulties with our database. Because of that the scheduled updates for TerraEarth have been postponed to next Saturday (May 19).
My apologies for this inconvenience.

TerraEarth Gallery
TerraEarth has gained a new section, the TerraEarth Gallery! Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma fans can all upload their fan art and fan fictions here.
Uploading your work to the gallery is easy as 1. 2. 3. There's only one requirement, you have to be registrered at our forums, which is a 10 second process! And while you're there, why not stick around of a nice chat?
Our Terranigma has been undergoing some changes for the past couple of months and it's now nearing completion! I give you my word that all Terranigma content will be available no later than May 12th!

Head's up! We're still here!
I know, I know... there hasn't been a lot of activity on the old TerraEarth website lately. It has many reasons, however the main one remains that I have been pretty busy with my school and now my new job.
That doesn't mean we're gone! On the contrary. I've been working on TE last week. I'm planning to finish the remaining Terranigma sections in the oncoming few. Next to that I have a few other tricks up my sleeve! So stay tuned pour favor, we're gonna knock you off your feet!
Oh! And before I forget. We still have your fine TerraEarth Forums. If I can say anything about it, it's that this forum is not just a message board, but it's really been a home to some great people for the last two years. It's defiantly not all game talk, come check it out, we welcome new members with open arms!

Progress, with a dash of art
I apologize for not making my deadline. I had some major packing to do before I went on my trip. It's a terribly weak excuse, I know. I'll make it up to you!
Starting by informing you that there are still people out there who know how to work a pencil. I received a fan piece of Elle (Terranigma) today in my hungry mailbox. Thank you! And I hope this shows you that we're still accepting artwork, and fanfics as well! Don't be afraid to show us your work. You can send it to me by e-mail.
As for the remaining pages of the Terranigma section, they will join us shortly. I'm still working on them and they're making good progress. So, keep checking TerraEarth!

Personal Deadlines and Personal Lifes
They don't match. I really want to finish the Terranigma section, but it's more work than I thought. I'm still going to try and see if I can finish things up by tomorrow since I'm going away on a short holiday the 26th.
Now, positive news... our terranigma section is really nearing completion. I've already uploaded some of the pages that I completed. Hopefully it'll be all done by tomorrow.
*crossing fingers*

Forum Guest Posting Policy
Due to some recent rude activity on our forums we had to disable guest posting. It's is now a requirement to register on the board before you are able to post. If you have a question about our site, you can still post in "Site Suggestions and Questions" without registering. Unless people start abusing that as well.
I'm still working on our Terranigma section. It's around 25% complete. I'm hoping to have it completed by the 25th!
So keep checking TerraEarth, visit our forums, and sign our guestbook!

Terranigma section and more
Unfortunately I can't bring you the news that the Terranigma section is completed, yet. Boxxleman has been very busy and simply doesn't have the time for TerraEarth anymore. That's where I come in. I've been doing various things for TerraEarth and Boxxle.NETwork already (such as setting up and managing the Forums and Boxxle 3), but now I have the responsibility of managing TerraEarth completely. I'm working round the click to finish the ever popular demanded Terranigma Section of the site. I'm hoping to have it done early in next month.
Any site related questions should be directed to me from now on, since boxxleman might not respond to your question, or forward them to me anyway. You can find ways to contact me right here.

Illusion of Gaia section is now complete.
After hard work for the last couple days, it finally pays off. I just finished all the pages for the Illusion of Gaia section moments ago. Now it's time to work on the Terranigma section and the forums. Oh how great it is to be me sometimes!

The work just never ends!
So maybe I lied when I said there wasn't going to be anymore updates soon. Sorry about lying, but at least I'm updating. I've been working hard on the Illusion of Gaia section this week. I have about six more pages to complete until I can make it viewable to the public.
