Just some random similarities I noticed while going through my old games.
The voice of Commander Margulis from Xenosaga: Episode I sounds very much like the voice of Volgin from MGS3. Same V.A.?
Claude from Star Ocean EX (or Star Ocean: The Second Story), looks alot like the boxart for Will from IOG. At least the face. No doubt since they were both Enix games.
That's all I can think about for now...

They had the same voice actor that's why! 
Does anyone else notice that Matthew from Fire Emblem looks alot like an older version of Matt from Digimon season 1? It's kinda creepy... 
There's another character that I can't think of that looks like another game character...  I'll try to find them. |

Shion's voice from Xenosaga 1 (at least, I'm assuming it's the same in Xenosaga 2) does the voice for Claire in Star Ocean 3.
Also, Rikku's voice actor (Tara Strong) from FFX-FFX-2 does the voice for Timmy in "Fairly Oddparents", and Raven in "Teen Titans". Yes, she really does Raven's voice. Shows how good she is.

No, but she actually does kinda look like Rikku though.

Actually I don't know which is scarier. I mean would you rather her look like Bubbles?
Quite frankly, I'm amazed. She looks like she has a fairly high voice, but not Rikku high. And then to be able to pull off Raven and apparently some voices from Tony Hawks Pro Skater as well. I think she did the voices for the Female Create-A-Skater, but it didn't say.
