Wait a min... TE Forums been reset back to normal! I remember guests have only posting in only Site Suggestions and Questions forum and new members must register in to get permission from admin and mods to avoid pointless ads and spam?

That change was made before TE crashed. I'd imagine that not just the posts, but all other changes like that were lost too.
