This is your pro guide to what makes good RP Punch-Up battles. Tips from the pros and veterans of the punch-up era.
Humor is key.
RP Punch-Ups can get exciting and even epic, but let's not forget the main purpose of this is a humorous diversion.
Keep it clean.
Don't take these things too seriously and you'll have more fun. Giving an opponent grief outside of the punch-up can have some serious consequences.
Be creative.
And that doesn't mean making a really cool sounding "god mode" attack. The truly creative can make battles realistic and are able to take into account their strengths and weaknesses. They also don't stick to standard attacks.
This is RP, not D&D.
Numbers don't matter. Stats don't really matter. Even in tournaments, the point is to have fun and do so without delving too deeply in the statistics of it all.
Now it's your turn. Add what you will! _________________ Support me on Patreon!
