Terranigma: Manga scanlation

glacialrebellion · Thu Dec 10, 2009 12:07 am

Hey guys,

I'm new to the forums but been a long time fan of Terranigma. I wanted to give all you fans a heads up, my scanlation group has just released the first chapter of the official Terranigma manga!

There are a total of 12 chapters (spanning two volumes).

We felt it was waaaaay overdue for this manga to get an English translation, so we hope you enjoy it!

Keep up to date with our progress on our blog: www.glacialrebellion.blogspot.com

Or on Baka-Updates:

Aaahh, and if you'd do a favour for me, do come back and let us know on updates? I'll sticky the thread so for whoever is interested can see this.

still, good drawings there

EverPhoenix · Posted: Thu Dec 10, 2009 5:54 am Post subject:

still unseen things 13 years after the release. terranigma is the bible of the new world!

Thanks for the feedback, guys!

I think the writer/artist's (Mamiko Yasaka) portrayal of Ark in this manga is spot on. Sure, he's a bit more mischievous than in the game, but it fits his character so well. After all, he did go against the Elder's orders to open Pandora's Box.

And I agree, the artwork is amazing even for such an old manga. This was published a year after the game was released in Japan, if I'm not mistaken.

And it keeps getting better from here on in, chapter 02 is action-packed!

What seems to be the problem when you try to download it? And I've been thinking about circulating it on some manga sites, do you have any trustworthy ones you can recommend?

Mantaray · Posted: Sun Dec 13, 2009 8:07 pm Post subject:

there's no problem. this computer just doesnt like to download.

as for websites, i guess one is just as safe as any other. the few manga sites i use are places like onemanga and spectrum nexus.

maybe a spot could be made for it here. or sumthin. i guess. i dunno
