What you ask?

Well us, this forum, these games and how after 10+ years after the games are created the forum is actually somewhat active. Still new people find there way here weither they post or not; this shows these games still bring people together. In all honesty in my years of gaming I have encountered only a few game that managed that that are a. not a MMO b. not overhyped to the point of insanity (FFVII i am looking at you *still a good game though*)

Even on youtube with small remastered OST of terranigma or another of this trilogy many people recall the game with joy and general fondness.

Somewhere I cant help but wonder why these games actually have a pretty good fanbase after so many years. Then again I am on my what... 10th replay of TN?

well, we all joined for the games, and we do talk about them occasionally.
if this trilogy was never created, where would we all be?

and old ones say we'd never get anywhere with these games..

...i dunno about the other two, but iog was slightly educational

definitely. i think most things in terranigma have a reasonably close link to history.

and yeah, im finding new terranigma related videos on youtube... mainly music covers. which is awesome. coz people who grew up with the game are putting their musical talent to good use.

I think we have few topics about the trilogy because we almost discovered all secrets in the game. it's hard now to find sth new. we got the translation of the Terranigma quiz last year, and currently someone is working on the translation of the manga. since the game is 13 years old, it's amazing we still have news about that Very Happy

Yeah I think the general consensus is that TerraEarth is like a great big internet strip club. We come to see the great big sexy pole dancer SoulBlazer Trilogy, but end up staying for the exotic twins "Friendship" and "Faffing About" (that's faffing, not fapping you perverts).

We embrace newcomers with open arms and our friendships with most of the people I know here extend beyond this site: particularly Miss Prime Blue, Rainichan, Tay120n64, Chicken, and Valerie Valens, but to a larger extent just about anybody on MSN, AIM or Facebook.

And the fun and games and random topics and just about everything else except the soulblazer trilogy keeps these forums flowing. They're like the pickle on the fully loaded cheeseburger where the beef is Contests and Games, the Buns are a combination of General Discussion and General Gaming and the condiments are Spam Central. (I wonder if the Geneva Convention covers torturing metaphors...)

Though I do agree with Chicken that I have become the proverbial gorilla in a cage and that you guys just stick around to see what crazy ass thing I'll do next. Very Happy

Me too. Smile

I can honestly say, Geography is the only subject at school that I outright failed (my year 9 SAT score in Geography was something about 15%, iirc).

But thanks to Terranigma, I know now where Chicago is! Laughing

@Raini: Pfft. I'll dance for you if you so much as wink at me. And I think any guy here would pay to dance w/ you.

@Chicken: I've been watching alot of Zero Punctuation, and that guy uses metaphors the way most people use a comma.
